Word has come from Perth that our 1954 Best and Fairest winner Jack Greenway passed away on 7 April, aged 89.

Jack played 181 games in the  number 5 for the Old Xavs and was one of the very rare non-alumni at theat time to represent the Red ‘n’ Blacks.

He lived for a long time in the West, but until recent years, returned at leat once a year to enjoy a Match Day lunch with his many friends at the Old Xavs.
