After the disappointment of the 2011 Crocs finals campaign, the Crocs are looking to restructure their coaching panel and are currently seeking nominations for Head Coach in 2012. The Crocs are far and away the most successful team in the VAFA Club XVIII competition, with a record that is the envy of all clubs, playing in 18 of the past 19 grand finals for a return of 15 flags!
