  • Tribute - Stan Smith

All at the Old Xavs have been saddened by the news that Lachie Smith's Grandfather Stan Smith passed away recently. Stan made a habit of supporting Lachie at the games, and our thoughts are with Lachie and his family.

  • Woods and Plant to Coach Under 19 2's

The Club is very excited to announce that Ben Plant and James Woods will be co-coaches of the Under 19 Seconds for Season 2012.  James will continue in the role that he filled last year along side Dan Curtain on the way to last years Premiership. Ben Plant has been an integral part of the U19's at the OXFC for the last two seasons, holding down CHB while being regarded as one of the best defenders in the competition. Unfortunately injury has robbed the OXFC of both James' and Ben’s on field talents for the up coming season, but its fantastic that they are keen to keep involved off field.

They will be joined by Pat Kennedy who has accepted the role as assistant coach.
